Oh my Nicki-Sue, I'm sorry to hear about your husband's job. This is one horrendous job market right now. I wish you both the very best of luck.

MrsC, I want to reach out and give you a cyber hug. You have been through the wringer. Good luck with the new order - that has to be good to be able to breathe a little. X

    £20 from ebay.
    £6 from facebay.
£4 saved because I got a free bus ticket throught the door.
    £1.03 from price guarantee.

    £31.03 altogether.

I am nowhere near target but still pleased as I made much more than I would have without this challenge.
  • Morning all, hope everyone is as well as can be, this rather wet and rainy (in Somerset at least!) Saturday morning.

PLMBL - gutted for you, what a rotten decision, Connor was so deserving of a win and had already, really, won it hands down!

Nicki-Sue - ouch, not good timing at all, sending lots of lucky thoughts for things to work out well.

Mrs C - hugs. Just hugs. Because you deserve 'em! :grouphug:

£10 to add today from some random blogging that a kind person paid me a tenner for, which was a nice surprise as I'd done it as a favour.:j

I haven't got any fleabay stuff finishing this weekend as I just didn't get round to listing anything last weekend. Will definitely get stuff on there this weekend though, and hopefully that will help kick-start next month's total. Damn it's October already next week - that can't be right surely????????

    Thanks all x

We'll be ok (hopefully!). I'm more irked that his wages have been frozen and are being lumped in with redundancy monies etc - that means he has been unemployed for 24 hrs and I am already a month behind on bills etc. Once he eventually gets his payout we will clear everything bill-wise but it might not be for a while apparently.
In the meantime I will joining challenges and selling anything not nailed down.

  • Thanks fairy clicks I will look into the ebay shop thing as I now have over 5000 items stacked up to sell! Very generous family members keep piling boxes of stuff my way. We will get a house deposit together but blimey it will take some time! No idea what most of it even is let alone values

I have today got the pleasure of adding £21 in bagged up penny jar stuff and £3 scratchcard wins that will all go into the bank.

I have listings ending today and 81 free 99p ones left so the rest of this afternoon I will be using them up as best I can... A car boot sale planned for tomorrow so please order me up some somerset sunshine and help me clear the trailer of toys! :rotfl:

hugs and love for you all xxx
