are you applying for jobs up there now?

Seems a daft thing to do personally - where in Scotland is it? What are the job prospects like ?

Also are you sure that the child's father could take you to court -its not like they would be emmigrating

are you a father ? if so what if your partner moved 225 miles away ? how would that make you feel ? better still what would the child think of you taking them away from there father ?

    Its common sense really

god some people on here are not very clever !

I wouldn't even consider going on a date let alone get a bf or move in with them or move to where they lived when I am out of work

I don't have any money to buy good shampoo let alone pay for going out on a date and then what after the 1st one? You need some ££ to get to places and go out and do stuff. Also not much to offer someone when you have no job.

The Mills & Boon version would have a captain of industry scoop you out of the gutter with one rock hard muscled arm. He'd wipe the street cack of the end of your delicate, retrousse nose while he glowered at you as if he were deciding whether or not to have you for tea.

"Your hair is greasy", he growls as you struggle to free youself from his tightening grip around your waist. You can feel every inch of his athletic body and the heat begins to rise in your cheeks...

Joblessness is no barrier toromance :D
