Virgin BB Worth it?

Was just wondering if Virgin was worth it?
At the moment I am thinking no.. Although 100 Megabit (12.5 Megabyte) internet would be fast, there traffic management does not seem to let you use it... Unless your using torrents how else can you max out your speed... and they decrease your speed SIGNIFICANTLY if you use torrents... so it just seems like a bit of a con, unless you have a big house hold and around 6 people all want to stream an HD movie.

Downloading Linux ISO's or Windows ISO's is a good way of maxing it out.
I started with a 60Mb line but went down after the 12 months to 30 as it wasn't worth it.
I haven't noticed their TM policy as yet but then I don't need stuff desperately NOW. I've heard good things and bad things. Their internal organisation is as bad as usual. Don't get the answer you like? Call back and talk to someone else a few days later. However they will log your calls.
Generally found them good when re-negotiating.0
