Call Flow Solutions

They trade under the name of Whippet Internet and specialise in increasing broadband speeds for rural consumers in the SE. They advertise download speeds of 20mg/ps. for £19 pm.
They have installed equipment on our local church tower and home installation involves purchase of a small receiving aerial for £99.
I would like to hear from anyone who has a contract with them to recommend/otherwise.
They also offer home telephone packages as well.
Basically, are they the "solution" to rural internet users with slow speeds?

  • Did you sign up with Call Flow? Our home business got too big for our perfect TalkTalk domestic tariff and we went on a business tariff with Call Flow on 4 August 2014. It has been a complete disaster, absolutely awful, four months of misery. To be fair, they do deliver a broadband signal to the box, but despite being told from the get go that everything we use is Apple, we can't print, we can't stream media especially from the server to users, or it is so slow it's unusable.

We've spent more time on getting the network to work than working on our business. The broadband goes off without notice and there are only answering machines to talk to. I got through to the office manager who was rude and basically said "Tough. Change contractors if you want but we'll bill you for the rest of the contract."

Their service department seems to know less than us about how it all works. They won't let you use anything other than their own modem/router which prevents us adding our own network which we know how to set up and administer.

Is anyone else having these problems?

Never trust companies with Solutions in their name.

That's about 10% of all companies....
