Free voicemail options on T-Mobile?

Sorry if this has been covered before but...
Is there a way of having voicemail free on T-Mobile?
I saw a HUKD posting suggesting the new number is free but contradicting information saying that is only for older price plans so believe it's 10p or something per minute.
I used to try the old trick of calling my own number but they've cottoned on to that.
I intend to use other phones to ring my own number to get the messages but also heard about hullomail?
Would that be a free alternative as it looks really good?

I've always used Hullomail and can't fault it. It works by using your data (like skype) rather than minutes.0

Another who used Hullomail when I was with T-Mobile. Worked OK, though was occasionally a bit slow to notify new voice-mails.0
