Thank you, do i have to attend court in person? I have no problem being in court as its part of my job but generally mags, sometimes crown courts but it's a 6 hour round trip and I have a baby who I'm still feeding so cant be away from too long
Is the case still at Northampton CC? If so that's just a clearing centre. You can ask for the case to be moved to the defendants home court - I *think* you get a form about this after the defence has been filed but I am sure someone will be along who knows the answer to this (or you can e-mail Northampton via your account on MCOL and ask the question)

Yep I am sure people have posted that after the defence is filed, the next thing is a form about local court allocation for the defendant. If you are anywhere near Sc unthorpe then choose that Court and hope to get Judge McIlwaine!
