Agreed bk! I had mine cut a couple of months back but before that I hadnt had it cut since January and it really needs a very heavy chop now. I just feel horrid! I don't think it's helpful to feel haggard - and it won't put out the right impression at work which is really important in my mind if I want to rise up the ladder in my position. Well done on going without your colour - I do my own.....and not as often as I should.....so that will need to change too!!
How is clixsense treating you after your upgrade? I've just cashed out $32 today so I'm pretty happy with that!
Clixsense is going okay, I have made $3.21 today, which I doubt is loads but I can see that being sorta my average, I don't really have hours to spend on it unfortunately!
I did pick up a £5 Field Agent task on my dinner break today though, taking pictures of razor blades in AsdaLBM moment Nov 2013

Think of it this way though, if you can maintain that average, that's $1,171.65 a year! I've brought in a chunk thanks to downloading all the free apps plus snagging over $5 for signing up for a free trial of credit expert - if you haven't already done that yet, definitely go through supersonicads and get the massive clixcents for it!
Oh lucky lady with those field agent tasks. I am hoping something pops up in my area soon - I would be all over that!Credit Card Freedom gained 14 Feb 2014!!Total Debt Freedom gained 29 Apr 2014!!Savings goal 30/9/23: £72,000/£538,001.....yes I'm serious!Total Debt August 2013: [STRIKE]$21,587[/STRIKE] April 2014: $0!!!!:j0 -

I think I was really lucky to snag that razor deal, they seem pretty popular. I just happened to check it first thing this morning, and reserve it (you had two hours to complete it, so I just made sure I took an early lunch).
There are still a few going in my area, about 5 miles away, but traffic is generally not great and I'm never in town during the opening hours of one of the shops (which I used to visit every single day when I worked in town, typical!). There are a few a bit further out of town too, but I'm not sure I can justify spending an hour driving out to make about £9!
I also found the Roamler app which is similar to Field Agent by the look of it, there was a beginners task involving bananas in Tesco which I think everybody gets, but when I pulled up to Tesco to go do it they had only gone and closed off the veg section to renovate! Typical! Looks like it could be quite a good complimentary app to Field Agent, though, so I'm excited to do that.LBM moment Nov 2013

Hok3y, I may have missed it but do you have a target of when you want to be debt free? Have you snowballed it? I would love to know because you are on some sort of mission and I can see it being the end sooner than I or anyone else can imagine!0

Hiya pap! Yeah, I am a tad obsessive, huh?! It's okay, I'm pretty cool with my OCD!!
I have plugged all my debts into my spreadsheet and my goal is to be DF by 30 June 2014. Chances are fair to good that it will happen before then but for now, that's the goal. I have a piece of jewellery on consignment that I just wish would sell - it would all be over with that one cash influx but, alas and alack, larger pieces can take considerable time to find a new owner and that's kinda where I am at the mo. It will happen when the time is right!
Have you tried out clixsense pap? If not, let me know and I'll send you a referral link. Happy to help with strategy too. I'm excited to see what I can make by the end of Jan! :jCredit Card Freedom gained 14 Feb 2014!!Total Debt Freedom gained 29 Apr 2014!!Savings goal 30/9/23: £72,000/£538,001.....yes I'm serious!Total Debt August 2013: [STRIKE]$21,587[/STRIKE] April 2014: $0!!!!:j0 -
What do you do about tax and stuff? I'm trying to get my head around the whole thing, I never really considered that it would be necessary to register as self employed for clicking a few ads here and there, but apparently so. Extra income is new to me
I'm considering ringing HMRC tomorrow but I also have a big fear of it haha.LBM moment Nov 2013

Argh sounds scary! I'll ring them up tomorrow, hope it isn't too difficult cos I really don't understand these things AT all. I spent about an hour today trying to work out what my tax code meant :rotfl:
Do you keep a spreadsheet of your earnings through the year every time you cash out clixsense etc? Do you count things like Qmee?LBM moment Nov 2013

Sitting on the train and heading for the office. Had a lovely evening with Mr Hok3y last night and he has the day off today so I am well jealous! Very sure the day will fly by so I can't complain.
I am really anticipating the arrival of payday in 9 days......don't think I've been so impatient in a long time! I am chomping at the bit to slam the cc! I cannot wait to be rid of it - it can't happen soon enough but it may be Feb before it's completely gone. One way or another, it won't be there at Easter!
Hope everyone is enjoying the start to the New Year. Mine needs a bit more pep and fizz........hmmmmm, what to do?! Ebay might be a good start!. Best of love and luck my fellow DFWs!
