Yup alot but now I need to find a club and ease back in to it I think a pool session and then a couple of nice easy club dives at a quarry rather than booking myself a day out on a boat charter and hoping I don't kill myself!

Seems the best way, though I'm sure it'll be like falling off a boat... ;)

    I hope so. :)

Still slowly getting organised for the move next week.

Well if getting out the suitcases and emptying them counts.

Do you know which accommodation you're going to?

You're supposed to be filling them... ;)

Nope nowhere to actually move in to yet - I think the first night am going to use my friends sofa (we're going to a fireworks display and shes stocked up on baileys for hot chocolate).

Filling them means I have to do washing - and that is tomorrows plan as I worked today instead.

I also need to find out from my friend who already works there what the workwear expectations are - which means washing only what I plan to take, and possibly going shopping as my office smart casual stuff is all summery and likely not to be much good over winter.

If you take a thick coat and over-trousers to change out of, then it could serve. All offices are usually over-heated, but depends on your exact duties.

Next weekend I should be moving.

Hmm once again I was surprised and annoyed by the stupidity of customers, fun wouldn't be my first feeling.

It's a fairly old building and I'm not office based (hospitality role) but mostly I'm not entirely sure what typical work wear is there - and I know I've said this before which is why I need to get hold of my friend tomorrow when I actually have time to stop and think about it and before I get stuck in to my packing.

    Tuesday = day off.

Therefore I should be emptying out my wardrobes, washing + drying clothes then packing them. Having spoken to my friend sounds like I am best working on the penguin look (though apparently a onesie would be just a little bit too casual if there are guests though if I'm just doing paperwork it might be accepted as eccentricity).

I had planned to go see Nana but once again the home is closed to visitors as a resident has a sickness bug, will be at least 48 hours before they're reopened to visitors which means there's a good chance I won't get to see Nana before I move.

Also meeting my Mum and Aunt for tea at what was our local pub but is now a fairly posh (for the area) bar and restaurant.

My wardrobes and drawers have been emptied in to a heap on my bed.

Just need to make sure some of the things fit (white blouses found at the back of the wardrobe) and some of them need washing and ironing, then pack them in to my assortment of suitcases.

Then just a few bits to find like my printer so I can put the assorted chargers and power cables in to the box with it.

What are you taking down? Do you need a printer right away?

I have to print quite alot of stuff for my self employed work so would rather take it than have to turn down work. Of course if theres no space in the car then I'll leave it until I come back at Christmas.
