I got a new condensing. Boiler, through the government scheme.my last boiler was 20 years old,and not any problems,.,the new boiler won't last, any where near that length of time,is this. Just a money making scam, introduced by the government, and gas companies making a fortune out of it,,I hope,,they bring out another scheme ,for nee boilers, when these ones all break. Down

You got a new boiler installed for free and you're complaining that it's a 'money making scam'...?
If you thought it was a scam, then why did you apply?
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

Wow! These people live in a different reality to me.

I have to get up every day, go to work, pay my taxes and buy my own boilers.

That seems a rip off to me if others are getting them for free!

    OP-I still don't understand.
No-one made you apply for a 'poor quality boiler'. You said that the old one was fine. So why did you change it?

I willl find out in years to come,if bad decesion,,they say the new condensing boiler. Is better and cheaper bills, because I'm on certain benefits, they were basically saying right thing to do,that company is getting laid by government, and the installer,as usuall the government in doing there best, are most likely getting ripped off,re statement, money making scam

Since you've paid nothing for it, it can hardly be a 'bad decision'.
But it was still your choice to go ahead, despite your apparent doubts.
What make/model boiler have 'they' installed?

That's not a budget boiler. It's mid ranged. Made in the same factory as Valiant I think.
