Satellite , 3 or 4G mobile, or Virgin Cable.

and my pc is in other room then my tv ?

Sky broadband is either ADSL, or FTTC.i.e down the telephone line.
If your router is in another room to the satellite box then you can connect them using an Ethernet cable, Wireless Connector or, powerline homeplugs.
Or wait a month or so when the new Sky+HD boxes with built in wifi adapters come out.

September apparently, you may be able to get a wirelss connector for free if you ask nicely!!

Yes Sky on demand now works with all ISPs.

You need a landline (and to pay line rental) for any type of ADSL broadband. The only exception (except mobile, satellite etc) is VM cable service, if available.
