Speeding fine but dont know who was driving?

No what I mean is, due to our circumstances (my wife and I moving house, the other two preparing their house before they move abroad) we were all using the car throughout that week. Its hard to say who was driving. I'm pretty sure it wasn't me, but can't comment on anyone else. It was just such a busy period we were all in and out of two cars the whole week (quite literally from 7am till 10pm, every day).

No I haven't changed the address yet as it's possible I may need to move back to my old address (i.e. unknown employment circumstances).
I didn't want to change it and then change it back within a matter of months.

Yeah, problem is people are willing to deny it. Frustrating as they have emigrated so its not as if the points would affect them!
