credit card transfer problems - serious help!

Here is the deal: I had to pay £3,500 off on my credit card. I was hoping then to open another credit card and do a 0% bank transfer. However, I also have a loan for £25k and I think that this affected me trying to open a Barclycard. I was offered a Barclaycard but I was only offered a maximum of £380 credit, therefore not…

Shouldnt that be BOS as in HBOS (as in Halifax Bank of Scotland) rather than RBS
