Tickets not recd by buyer

Well the advise used to be (for tickets on eBay), the buyer contacted eBay between one and seven days after the concert, eBay would then open a case for them.
On StubHub, I believe the buyer is meant to contact them just before the event with any problems. It could be that your buyer knew this and that they could claim SNAD with eBAy after the event..0 -

I also had a concern, possibly not valid, that if these were sold on ebay after they stopped the sale of tickets that ebay might not support any seller protection.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Be a bit sneaky, have a look for a Facebook in your buyers name and see if there are any open pics of them in wellies looking a bit 'damp'

Then tell them you have the serial numbers of the tickets and the organisers are currently checking if they were scanned at the entrance.0 -
I tired looking for her name on facebook but nothing came up. The only thing I did notice was the purchase of a tent and festival goodies on her ebay account0

Ebay gave her the money back. They didnt even come back to me for proof or give me the chance to question the accusation.
Does that mean that anyone can say that a special delivery envelope was empty, wait till after the event takes place, then get your money back - all £432!!0 -
