Youngest sisters - a theme?

I know of four people who have younger sisters and they are the most inconsiderate people. My parents have one. My dad did have a sister between him and his younger sister, but she died in her 20s.
My parents' younger sisters live less than 10 miles away from their parents and my parents lived 50 and 160 miles away. Guess who did most of the help towards my grandparents? Yep, my parents.
My friend has two younger sisters and the youngest is horrible. Again when their father died, the youngest sister did nothing to help out clear out the bungalow etc, despite of her living down the next street. My friend and her other siblings lived at the time in other parts of South Yorkshire.
My mum's friend has a younger sister. None of her siblings get on (has an older brother and older sister). Earlier this month, it was their uncle's funeral (mother's brother) and at the wake, the son of the younger sister asked my mum's friend how is the family. My mum's friend was being polite and responded. About 10 mins later, the sister walked to my mum's friend and shouted 'HOW DARE YOU SPEAK TO MY SON' and the other conversations in the room stopped. How inconsiderate was her behaviour? Even worse, it was happening when my mum's friend was talking to the recently widowed aunt! My mum's friend was so upset, she left the wake there and then.
I would like to know are all youngest sisters like this? Apologies in advance if you are a youngest sister or she is your best friend.

I think its far more likely that whichever sister you are closest to and are getting the information from will seem like the 'good one' to you. The friends and loved ones of the youngest sisters in your stories probably think they're lovely.
After all, it would be a bit silly to think all women with older siblings are somehow magically evil.0 -

But what do you think she'd say about you? :cool:0 -
I'm a youngest sister and I'm the least inconsiderate person I know0

I also forgot to mention about their parents. My mother lost her father (she has no memory of him) aged 6 and he spent just 3 months per year living with them.
The other 3 had both parents living and the first one died when the youngest sibling was in their late 30s.0 -

Shove your sister and the 4 sisters in the OP on a small island and see how they get on.0 -
Ok, what's your beef?0

I'm a younger sister and I think I am very different to what you describe. My eldest brother, on the other hand0

For every youngest sibling who is spoiled, selfish and self-absorbed there are a dozen who are the complete opposite. Thus spaketh the eldest of three0

Snap!
My older brother is selfish and inconsiderate - he leaves everything to me and phone maybe once a month (He lives in England, we live in NI) - he expects me or Dad to be free to drive hom everywhere when he comes home, moans if he doesn't see me when he comes home, but never bothers checking with me if the dates he is coming home suit me, as since I live near my parents I should be available 24/7, I could go on, but why bother - I can't change him, all I can change is how I react to him.Weight loss challenge, lose 15lb in 6 weeks before Christmas.0 -
