T mobile complaints

Does anyone know how to contact t mobile complaints department other than to write to them? All my calls go through to off shore call centres who won't transfer you and emails to t mobile just bounce back saying they are upgrading their email contact at the moment so can't answer.

Officially you have to start in writing to the address below, but experience says they are very slow to respond.

T-Mobile
6 Camberwell Way
Sunderland
Tyne and Wear
SR3 3XN

I'd also email the complaint to the Executive Office and the CEO.
executive.office@everythingeverywhere.com
olaf.swantee@ee.co.uk
• As Ian has pointed out, executive.office@everythingeverywhere.com is probably your best email address to use.

Writing is usually the preferred method of making a complaint; is there a reason you don't want to write?

I had already put my complaint in writing but t mobile haven't acknowledged or replied to it. Sent the same letter this morning via email to olaf.swantee@ee.co.uk and have had a phone call already confirming they will conduct an internal investigation to find out what's gone wrong. Hopefully (fingers crossed) all resolved now. Thank you for your replies and help.

Thats a miracle, the rest of us are left to swim in a sea of failed emails and calls, they normally fail at every opportunity.
• Update- problem fully resolved, T mobile paid for return of faulty handset and closed account immediately with no further charges.
