Courier destroys BOTH of my parcels, refuses to compensate. What are my options?

yes i dare say most will do, i know one of my wholesalers use Yodel, think its just a recurring contract since they changed from DHL express , never had any issues with damaged parcels, although i think i could set up my own shop selling those foam shells with the amount they use0 -
Op purchased a service from parcel2g - this service was to collect a parcel from x and deliver the parcel with a value up to £20 to y. Now they've failed to do this op wants to benefit of a different service, a service designed for items with a value of £50.
Also I don't think Sales of Goods Act is applicable, it would be the Supply of Goods and Services Act (although I believe they are quite similar)0 -
Just a few thoughts:
- It could be claimed that the OP has already breached the contract by falsely declaring the value.
- How do you prove that the item in the parcel was the PS3.. as far as they are concerned it was a much cheaper item.
