ESA Appeal Timescale

I rang DWP today again and it seems they don't have the decision notice from the tribunal. Now I have to go to the job centre for them to copy my decision notice to start to process it.
My appointment is Monday morning so hopefully that will start the ball rolling.0 -

Benefits centre got back to me lunchtime today. My backpay will be in my account this week and I will be getting my weekly payments increased. Yaaay, about time. Only downside now is my cont. Esa will end in Jan and it will be income related then. Other half works full time - so I will be awarded the great amount of zero payments. Might have to sell the car and just live in this small village with one shop but shop on-line. Hope my mental state can cope with it when it happens!0
