the problem is you book one week of which presumably is 5 days pay, you say one day lands on a sunday, the employer says no its Monday-Friday.......then between you, you have to argue the point.
If you worked for the company for a while and you think you could be owed several hundred pounds then it maybe worth talking to a solicitor but if its not alot I wouldn't bother personally.
Or, see if you can contact LazyDaisy and get her view on this.Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0 -
Probably 7 years of extra if it was allowed . Trouble is if I rock the boat I may find myself not working Sundays at all. I think there may be a few others getting time and a half on old contracts, maybe chat to them first.0
