Welcome to another week ! Hope everyone is enjoying the long bank holiday weekend. I couldn't find a thread for next week so if there is one pls merge....
Heres mine from tomorrow
Monday
Left over chicken..... with something haven't decided what yet and have run out of inspiration
In no particular order:
chilli shepherds pie with sweet potato cheesy mash
Lasagne, garlic bread
Steak Pie, chips, mushy peas and gravy
Hot and spicy pork steaks, potato wedges and salad
Ribs and wings, wedges, corn on the cob
Sunday - minted lamb chops,mash, veg & gravy
Have a good week !

Wednesday - Frozen Bean Bakes & HM Chunky Chips

Friday - Biryani http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/1397/spiced-vegetable-biryani (use frozen mixed veg)

Saturday - chilli con carne-stuffed squash
Sunday - Spanish chicken bake (from the Hairy Dieters book)
Monday - out for dinner with my DPs
Tuesday - Chinese pork noodle stirfry
Wednesday - squash, chorizo and cannelini bean stew

Saturday - Out for Chinese then to the races and a concert
Sunday - Sausage, Veg and Pasta Soup
Monday - Steak and Ribs with Potatoes and Salad
Tuesday - Chicken Curry, Rice and Naan Bread
Wednesday - Pasta Bolognaise
Thursday - Chicken Chowmein
Friday - Burger and Chips
Have baked some carrot and chocolate muffins for treats.
For lunches made Carrot Soup and have roasted a chicken and a small pork loin for sandwiches or wraps for the week.0 -

Hi everyone, really need to meal plan this week! Need to stretch the last tenner of the food budget this week.
Monday - Baguette Sandwiches (Chicken/Salmon, Crispy Smoked Bacon, Lettuce, Homegrown Tomatoes, Red Onion, Avocado) Corn on the Cob
Tuesday - Turkey Chilli, Rice, Corn on the Cob
Wednesday - Stuffed Pasta, Tomato Sauce, Cheese, Salad
Thursday - Jacket Potatoes, LO Chilli? or Beans and Cheese and Salad
Friday - Homemade Pizza
Saturday - Unsure...
Sunday - Unsure...
Will be making some Minestrone soup for easy lunches/snacks, roasting a sad looking aubergine as an easy side dish. I will be eating lunch mostly at work(yay free food!) and OH will have either tuna or chicken mayo sandwiches/wraps. He also has some Wotsits to have with lunch.
So I'll need to buy...
