    Another week that the menu went completely out the window! Oh well, time to try again!
    It's payday on Friday so I'll food shop then. I've got lots of oddments of bread and things in the freezer, so we'll be using them for lunches. I have everything for this week in the freezer / cupboard.

    Sun - DH ended up eating at his parents and I had some snacks at a friend's house.
    Mon - Pork and veg fried rice with curry sauce
    Tues - Turkey, mushroom and spinach risotto (I may be out visiting family and get a takeaway, will see)
    Wed - Lamb curry with rice and naan bread
    Thurs - Tomato and bacon pasta bake
    Fri - Payday and food shopping!

    tu-pasta with ham & mushroom sauce
    we-leftovers just for me :) or maybe roasted beetroot & goats cheese salad
    th-leftovers just for me :)
    fr-salmon with new potatoes, or beetroot & goats cheese risotto
    sa- bolognase pasta bake with garlic bread & salad
    Su-rump steak, dauphinoise & veg

    Fri - date night ;)

    Hi,
    I was looking for this but forgot it's Tuesday!! Nearly started a thread myself:-))

    M - 5:2 day, chicken Tikka, 1/2 Naan
    T - Smoked salmon salad
    W - 5:2 day, Plain small fillet steak, roast veg
    T - Egg&Chips (have to make up for the steak in terms of costs!!:rotfl:
    F - Chicken, Tomato, Tarragon (Hugh Fernely Whitenstall recipe)
    S - spaghetti Alioli (spelling??)
    S - Pork chops with mushroom sauce, crushed new potatoes
  • M- prawn & squid jambalaya
    T - gammon, chips & beans
    W - something with LO sausages
    T - Lemony, herby chicken kebabs with salad
    F - out all day
    S - home made seafood pizzas
    S - Potato & leek soup with crusty bread

    I know it's halfway through the week but thought I'd add my meal plan anyway!

    M - toad in the hole
    T - shepherds pie
    W - Spanish chicken
    T - La Potee (a french bean stew with ham hock)
    F - Fish pasta bake
    S - at a friend's BBQ
    S - Chicken dinner

    My meal plan this week is something along these lines ...

    Jamaican sweet potato curry
    Mexican spiced (Quorn) mince with spanish omelette
    [STRIKE]Vegetable Masaman curry (paste needs using up) [/STRIKE]
    Sweet chilli and prawn linguine
    Sausage, rosti and veg
    LMc Tuscan fillets with actifry chips and corn on the cob
    Roasted courgette, red onion, pepper and pasta in pesto

    DD has requested Moroccan chickpea stew tonight with Moroccan couscous, so slight change to the above.
