  • Evening everybody,

Hope everyone is looking forward to a nice weekend. Sorry I haven't posted since a week past Wednesday but I have been stowed under with work.

I having been keeping track of my progress and can report
NSD 9 for last Thursday,NSD 10 for saturday and
    NSD 11 for Sunday.

This week I've continued doing well and can report NSD 12, 13 and 14 for Tuesday, Wednesday and today.

Hmmm...I sponsored my friend today for a 50mile cycle ride tomorrow - she's actually really scared about it and it was for a good cause. Now does that count as spendy or not?

Been busy on the internet this evening working out a few xmas presents - making a couple (glutton for punishment that I am) but got one idea from NOTHS.com - £30 plus p&p  Sure I can come in between £15 - £20 on that and it will be something she can keep and use again each year.

usually do food type gifts for some family - anyone know the best place for British spelt pasta? preferably tricolore but not essential that it is (just thought it would be festive)

Depends on your rules I guess, mine include a £2 week incidentals which I use for collections at work, sponsoring, emergency chocolate or the local weekly news if I have any left.....but I guess a 50 miler would deserve a more substantial donation

It's a worthy cause to lose an NSD for, on the grounds of friendship as much as charity.....hope it goes ok for her, I did a similar one earlier in the year, I enjoyed it, but it did hurt :rotfl:

Did someone mention bikes and cakes, in the woods...my favorite subjects have a great weekend everyone
