credit card in Norway

Are there any problems with using a credit card in Norway or is it just the same as at home??

I've been to Oslo many times.

I once got some cash because I was driving and I had to use some toll roads, but they are automated and it was charged via the hire company, so I didn't need it.

I've only found two places where cash was required: (i) on a small ferry that ran across the bay, and (ii) at a train station out of the centre where the machines only accepted cash.
