Similar insurance products but Affinion has not been included in the FCA review so there is currently "no issues" with Sentinel, though with the amount of people kicking off because they thought they were getting a payout over it, I'm sure it's only a matter of time. Also Sentinel did not "replace" CPP CPI - if anything it was the other way around, with Barclaycard ending sales of Sentinel in 2004 in favour of CPP's CPI.0

And... just noticed that despite a direct debit confirmation of £85.00 for three years she was charged £89.99.

Needs sorting.
I have complained to CPP about this, using the registered power of attorney granted to me in 2009 and giving them a copy of the document as requested.... and they have sent a written response direct to my mother by post.
This is perhaps the wrong forum (I don't know which one is) but does anyone know if this is normal procedure? Seems weird, but then everything about CPP looks weird to me!0
