I have just run a quick scan of my laptop using Malware. It found two problems which I have deleted but I'm worried that I maybe need to do more. I use Microsoft Security Essentials and run Malware fairly regularly with no problems normally. The two items found were PUP.Optional.B and then something to do with 'Roaming\Babylon
Are they very serious and should I do anything else. Please take into account in any replies that I am a Granny who knows very little about computers!!

PUP.Optional Potentially unwanted program. These are so called "optional" extras you are presented with when you install other software. They're not malicious, but they are safe to remove.
These detections have come about because of a change in policy on such programs.

AdwCleaner may turn up some other entries too.

Post the malwarebytes log on here and wait for someone knowledge to "waddle by". Babylon is a PUP or a "Potentially Unwanted Program" It may help if you run adwcleaner and post the log from that on here too,

The BC links are time limited.
The Official direct link is - http://general-changelog-team.fr/fr/downloads/finish/20-outils-de-xplode/2-adwcleaner
It's a French site as the developer Xplode is French. BleepingComputer is the official mirror.0 -
