I am just concerned that the LL will be disgruntled that we had not moved out on her requested date
The landlady MAY be disgruntled but if you don't pay your rent she will certainly be. Then you are 100% guaranteed to have trouble over the remaining deposit.3.9kWp solar PV installed 21 Sept 2011, due S and 42° roof.

Okay, rent paid, fingers crossed that I will see my deposit in a few months time.
My better half has asked if we can be made liable for any costs the LL incurs drawing up and calling a court hearing, if we move out before the hearing date. I have already had a reply on this forum that this is not possible for the LL to expect this, but I wanted to double check.
On a positive note, there have been no late night visits by the LL at the moment, so I believe she will be operating within the law and will not harrass us as she did a previous tenant (touchwood).
Thanks again for the advice, once I have cleared the decks of my current predicaments I hope one day to be able to offer advice to others on here, if just an account of my own experiences.
