Yesterday evening, I made a booking on their website, on a particular date.
When I paid and got the confirmation, the date of the reservation was totally different to the date I entered.
I am now being told that I can expect a reply from their customer services within THREE days.
I note their address is Sleepy Hollow, does this have some significance??.
I am still awaiting a reply.:mad:

you need to ring there cs
i had a problem where i booked one of there offers and it didnt seem to go through so went through it again and got confirmation
the first one arrived after second and i rang up explained and they cancelled the first booking0 -
The last time I stayed with Travelodge, they didn't charge my credit card when I booked online, for some reason. The staff wouldn't take my money at the hotel (because it came through as 'Pre-payed'), the Central Reservations line refused to take any money from me over the phone (because I wasn't making a new booking), and customer services ignored my two messages sent through the website telling them that I haven't paid.
This was a for a four-night stay in London.
Anyway, sorry for being off-topic, but their communication skills are not great in my experience, so you'll have to keep the pressure on them! Did you try phoning their reservations line (08719 848484 or 0800 4080797 (according to https://www.saynoto0870.com))0 -
Have you tried contacting the travel lodge you are staying at direct to see if they can help. I had issue where we needed a large room so the receptionist told me I had to book through the internet but once I had done so I was able to ring her direct and she changed the allocated room for me. I appreciate its a bit different/easier changing rooms than dates but it may be worth a phone call you have nothing to lose.0

I telephoned the number given within 5 minutes of getting the wrong confirmation and was told I could not contact customer services by phone, I had to send a message via the website.
When I requested a phone number, this was refused!!.:mad:0 -

Hopefully they'll sort it quickly when they get around to it, as you informed them immediately.
I find on some websites, when booking hotels, you have to be careful how you navigate the website. For instance on some if you use the back button, rather than links on the page, to return to the previous page, it changes details, such as dates, no of people or rooms required.
Nearly caught me out a couple of times.0 -

Why wouldn't they take the cash? It's a prepay reservation so the money will be taken automatically. Although the date appears to be wrong on the reservation that process is independent to the payment process so they're unrelated.0 -
