Vodafone - Being hounded for money I don't owe - Please help!

It seems to be the big corporations or those funded by the tax-payer who seem quickest to become ignorant of how they rose to their position and who helped them do it.
Anyone who reads my posts will know I have a now eternal hatred towards Natwest after they ruined my credit file. Similar tales of woe from other people over this bank, who seem to have not changed one jot..... since their taxpayer-funded bailout. Oh the irony. Talk about biting the hand that feeds.
As for Vodafone, I gave up with them years ago when their signal mast near my house was taken down and never replaced. I tried Orange who were just abysmal, and have since been with o2 and more recently, Tesco Mobile. Both of the latter companies have been fine to deal with. I've never even needed to contact Tesco Mobile with any form of query or complaint in the year that I've been with them, they're highly recommended.0 -
Yes, but that isnt the point. How would you like to be sent to prison for a crime you didnt commit, when the prosecution cant even produce credible evidence and your whole life is turned upside down for 6 years until you have served your 'sentence'. It is just terrible.
I agree it's ridiculous, but I meant its going to be statute barred anyhow, why aren't Vodafone more lenient?Married 40y.o. mum of an autistic 11y.o. Carer/SAHM.

Smalls claims court will direct you to use the communications ombudsman it will be a waste of money.
Complain to the ombudsman and then small claims court. Remember the court can only award a monetary amount and can't force them to change your credit file, however a win would force them not to object to the record being withdrawn from your credit file.

Court can issue an order requiring them to correct your credit file.

In this case the specific performance would be requiring the creditor to stop processing inaccurate information in the form of recording the default.Still rolling rolling rolling......
