Graze Popcorn Bag

the instruction do quite clearly say to listen to the popcorn and to stop it when the poping slows otherwise its likely to burn.
When i had it last time i noticed several warnings about listening rather than going on the time
mine only ever goes in for a minute
As i said I was there the whole time, I too read the bit about listening for the pops. After 50 seconds and one small fire later, there was still plenty of corn left for the popping.0 -
Why not just buy a bag of popping corn and cook it in a saucepan, cheaper and safer. You still have to watch it though.1.29 for 500 grams
I appreciate the popcorn advice but as this was in a graze box my objective was not to eat popcorn that day, it's just the cards the good people of graze dealt me for that delivery.0 -
I emailed them to let them know and despite clearly stating I wasn't after a refund or a voucher or anything like that...they gave me both. Also despite clearly stating I followed the instructions to the letter, they did insist I read the instructions on the packet and I must watch and listen to them carefully. I'm actually glad I did in fact do that without having to be reminded but hey ho.
Overall well done Graze, like I said it wasn't a complaint just a head's up to them and us.0 -

Buy a cheap bag of popcorn from the supermarket?0

I had the same, ours was black and burned after 40 seconds.
So I emailed and sent pics, they refunded and removed the popcorn from my selections. It just seems a bit of a daft product that burns unless VERY VERY CAREFUL, so not the sort of thing to have in a graze box.0 -

Because that doesn't work when you're going straight from work to the cinema and don't want to pay cinema prices and only have a microwave oven rather than a full kitchen available at work...:footie:
