Morning elite!
Well done on the weight loss Westie. Got back from Derby yesterday. The wedding was lovely. Every bone in my body aches from too much dancing! I'll have to post some pictures up soon.
Currently a bitA picture went up of the bride, her daughter, myself and a friend on FB yesterday and the mother of a former friend commented saying (to my friend) 'you look beautiful. What's up with Emma she looks like a four year old at a party'
My dress had some gold bits on but it was beautiful. It made me really upset. What a horrible thing to say underneath a wedding photo. She deleted it 20 mins later but not before I told the bride what was said. We picked that dress out together and I just can't understand why anyone would be so spiteful. Has really put a dampner on the whole thing.
There's always one jealous, sarcastic prat who gets pleasure out of widdling on others parades ! Ignore them totally, they are not worth wasting your thoughts on. The important thing is that it all went well and everyone who matters was happy. S-- the rest.ELITE 5:2

It hasn't been easy, I have had my ups and downs ( see sig) I would have liked it to happen quicker - broken elbow, holidays where too much beer was consumed
and I was still binging up till the end of January and that is something you just can't do - even justifying by doing extra exercise - it just doesn't work, took me a long time to work that out
I can safely say Insanity changed the way I thought about food / exercise
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

We have a wedding to go to next week-end. There is a horrible person who likes to do exactly what happened to Emmap and she will be scrutinising me and making comments as she always does. She is not happy in her marriage and instead of getting upset, I have to always remember to have some sympathy for her. It says more about them than it does about you. I'm sure you looked lovely. I think some people forget that its the Bride and Groom's day and hijack weddings and other special occasions for a general !!!!!-fest. Its human nature. The "lady" in question, who wrote that comment is not a very happy person. Feel sorry for her.
Morning everybody.

Asda have a delivery saver - cost is just £5 for a WHOLE MONTH - as many deliveries as you want - limited to 1 a day. The amount you have to order is a minimum of £25 a time. It'll be £8 a month after 13th September
There is also a code for £10 off a first £50 shop or £20 off a £100 one on MSM until tonight. Don't forget to refer a friend to also get an extra £10 each cashback ALTHOUGH I'm damned if I could find anywhere to put this at checkout! I've written to MSM about this so live in hope!
As we have about a 14 mile round trip to Asda this makes sense to me. I can partake of all the glitches/cashbacks and still get an APG and cashback - we quite often spend around this figure - £25 -knowing that with cashback & APG we've spent a fraction of the figure. Also quite often stuff is OOS in our shop but the deliveries come from another store and in the past we've been pretty lucky that we've had delivered just about everything. You can always send back if they substitute!
I've just done a £50+ shop. Got £10 off 1st order, should get an APG for £16 and £7+ CB - net cost to me £17ish + £5 for a months delivery - you ALSO get the delivery costs back for ALL shops up to £25 a person from MSM. Bit of a no-brainer!
IF my new best friend and me also get the refer a friend bonus each we'll be £3 up!!!
Check it out!
This is really worth looking at. RN posted about it last night too but always worth another mention. :TTo do is to be. Rousseau

Today is a good day
1 year and 10 days ago I set out to lose ( lose is the wrong word - I don't ever want to find it again  so I 'got rid' instead)some weight so I could fit into these:
Well, this morning I can fit in them and get the zip and button done up, just have the muffin tops to iron outThis time last year I couldn't even get them past my calf
I see some of the 5:2 ers are having success - keep going
Well done you :j
A brilliant achievement :T:)Morning elite!

I'm guessing you looked gorgeous babe, she's obviously a miserable jealous old sow. She couldn't have been important if she wasn't invited anyway xLife is not about learning to avoid the storms - it's about learning to dance in the rain.0
