Evening all
Thanks for all of the holiday help :A
Have spent all evening searching for deals whilst DH at a local beerfest. I'm no nearer booking anything though  Think the problem is that we are looking for something very last minute (to go next Sat) and the weather forecast is looking promising. To get a nice lodge with hot tub we're looking at twice what we paid last year
Thanks for the link PG :A I'd already had a peek on there and a standard caravan is £615. Don't think my MSE side could face paying that when I know half the park will be there on a Sun deal
Think i'll grab myself a vodka and cherry pepsi max and have another look with DH tomorrow :rotfl:
You're welcome logie, hope you find the fantastic holiday you all deserve so much. We saw signs in privately owned caravans for Newman Holidays, it may be worth a look, though inevitably won't be as cheap as Sun holidays http://www.newhols.com/default.asp. We haven't used Newmans ourselves, if anyone has booked through them it would be great to have feedback."We have to be kind because everyone is fighting a great, great battle" - Sir Richard Attenborough

Today is a good day
1 year and 10 days ago I set out to lose ( lose is the wrong word - I don't ever want to find it again  so I 'got rid' instead)some weight so I could fit into these:
Well, this morning I can fit in them and get the zip and button done up, just have the muffin tops to iron outThis time last year I couldn't even get them past my calf
I see some of the 5:2 ers are having success - keep going
Well done that's brilliant! :T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:j rolo-polo1965 :j0 -

Asda have a delivery saver - cost is just £5 for a WHOLE MONTH - as many deliveries as you want - limited to 1 a day. The amount you have to order is a minimum of £25 a time. It'll be £8 a month after 13th September
There is also a code for £10 off a first £50 shop or £20 off a £100 one on MSM until tonight. Don't forget to refer a friend to also get an extra £10 each cashback ALTHOUGH I'm damned if I could find anywhere to put this at checkout! I've written to MSM about this so live in hope!
As we have about a 14 mile round trip to Asda this makes sense to me. I can partake of all the glitches/cashbacks and still get an APG and cashback - we quite often spend around this figure - £25 -knowing that with cashback & APG we've spent a fraction of the figure. Also quite often stuff is OOS in our shop but the deliveries come from another store and in the past we've been pretty lucky that we've had delivered just about everything. You can always send back if they substitute!
I've just done a £50+ shop. Got £10 off 1st order, should get an APG for £16 and £7+ CB - net cost to me £17ish + £5 for a months delivery - you ALSO get the delivery costs back for ALL shops up to £25 a person from MSM. Bit of a no-brainer!
IF my new best friend and me also get the refer a friend bonus each we'll be £3 up!!!
Check it out!
Bother, missed the £10 refer a friend as I could have referred Mrs Anon! It is Ultra Elite if you can get them to pay you to deliver glitches to your door too.
We did quite well - two Living Social deals £25 for £50, new sign ups from TCB (hopefully, should cover delivery), TCB on Living Social voucher purchase. £10 PP returned, £6 msl. Shopping carefully chosen so it was what we needed but cheaper in As (but not overpriced in Ts with any inflated prices etc).
All in my £55 shop including delivery will have actually cost around £10(x2
). BUT would have been free if I had noticed the RAF  but I wonder if I qualify for the delivery charge refund ....
