The one I got completely wrong was an end terrace in "Cumbria" - I thought it would be much more expensive (and am now moving to Cumbria lol). They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0 -
76%, 65% and 55%.. actually got one house spot on, a mid terraced in leeds with iron gates across the front door, as with a few other houses in that street. i thought that an area that needed iron gates across the front doors would be pretty cheap, it was £55,000. amazing spot on it said, but i still wouldn't buy it at that price, would have to haggle. what a great game to get my brain in gear ready for work. cheersCorduroy pillows are making headlines! Sounds accurate although some of the scores made GCSE marking look strict, e.g. £175k on a £139k sale and still 9 points.0
