I did it this morning and got 75%.
I got the £800k semi in Hove in my batch. Got nowhere near that one!I am a mortgage broker. LOVED THAT

74% - but most I was nearly right on were within £1k-20k. The larger houses got me, especially the Ilford one! Valued that way under!
Weirdly, I did better on the areas nowhere near me lol.
Hard to tell with just a pic as you don't know beds, land, etc.

66% first time! I was £9k short for a property in Ipswich. Guessed £1.25m for a terraced house in Fulham and was £100k out!0
