I'm sorry but you are wrong
Even if he has his own place, pays his own bills he can still be said to be living with the woman.
I've seen this argued before, but when the father of her children and the girl in question told the DWP this (he had his own place and there was no financial connection whatsoever) it was judged that they were still living together. Of course they were, he only went back to his place one night a week! Everybody including the neighbours accepted that they were still together.0

Where did I say my children had different men coming in and out of their lives?
I have recently gone through a divorce and sadly had no option to claim income support. Before we separated, my children had a very stable home and life so I suggest you check your facts before making assumptions on my situation.0

I have seen cases like that before too. I do not want to be put in the same category as that but until proven innocent, that's how the officer is going to view my case. I hope they do speak to my neighbours.0

hmmm. A man who has no time for you, hardly ever pops in, when he pops in sleeps on sofa but yet has time to make babies !!
Sounds pretty dubious and suspicious and to be frank I am glad these cosy arrangements are being vigorously investigated. No doubt you have tried to twist around what the officer said to you so gain some sympathy here.0
