Hi,
I also had a look at the recent address given for CA offices...........no sign of them.
I have just tried the number quoted above and actually got an answer - someone called (text removed by MSE Forum Team). So, CA are still manning a phone with a different number to old ones. All the old numbers are now not in use. I doubt if they are actually at Dashwood House. Most likely a virtual address.

I called the CA number again today and spoke to Stephanie - I asked to speak the person in charge....she "went to see if anyone could speak to me", then came back on to say no one was available at this time, would I leave a message and have someone call back. I asked who was in charge, given that the director Henstock has resigned, and Waygood is deceased. She said she could not answer that question over the phone (Yeah Yeah!!!). I asked if Renwick Haddow was in charge - she re-iterated she could not answer questions over the phone, she is just the receptionist. I said but surely you must know who is in charge?..............same answer. I declined to bother leaving a message as my guess is that no one will call back.

but potential investors should avoid.
and potentially invest in an Agriculture Fund instead, such as the Barings, Sarasin or Eclectica (my choice) funds

What exactly do you want Passingcloud?
I have made a detailed report to the Authorities who passed it on to the Serious Fraud Office, with the request that "don't ring us, we will ring you if there is any info". Similarly I have reported the incident to the Financial Services Authority, who last year took directors to Court.
No one in Authority is giving any lead on this.
What can we do?

That's good that we have both reported these people to the authorities.
It is v annoying that nothing much seems to be happening. Its giving these people time to cover their tracks.
I believe the directors are put in place by someone like Renwick Haddow who is much further up the food chain.
I guess we need to keep watching as they don't appear to have filed any accounts since 2012.
Do you have any idea where this plantation is meant to be - have to managed to find anyone pretending to run it?
I am surprised that I have only come across 2 other investors!!
Perhaps more will happen when the appeal from the previous court case is over.

I see from other blogs some investors are being offered a swop out of palm into VOIP.
