Can't help with air con advice, but the next time you move consider a 3 storey house - I have had hayfever all my life and since moving to a 3 storey house with the bedroom on the top floor I can sleep with all the windows open as the pollen does not seem to go that high - same for insects, we rarely seem to get them in the bedroom....

It is more of a long term solution though :-)

I have just had a cold shower and this has made a difference, I feel a lot fresher and I am not sneezing as much, so thanks Frugal Fox for that idea.

Glad you had a little relief, DH suffers with hayfever, it used to be rape seed that set him off. He didn't suffer with it this year, and we thought whoopee :j , however it appears he is now more sensitive to grass pollen....

    Best of luck.

my mate at work said that he is on the local honey this year as others have said and he says he also takes hayfever tablets and he is much better compaired to what he was last year. Also he mentioned to me that if you see your doc you can have a jab for it but he says you can only have it for 5 years and his not sure if you still can but ask your doc

Cheers guys, I ordered Medinose last week from Germany and it arrived a few days ago. I will let you know after a week to see if there are any improvements!
