My friend has been on Orange PAYG for over 4 years. He rang them up to swith the tariff to the new ' Speak easy'. He then asked the amount he has topped up in the last 6 months. He was told he had topped up £390.
If he was to upgarde reward will he get the 15% Credit as discount from phone or talk credit?

Is £390 an error?
If not, averaging at £65 per month, he could get some really good deals on contract and would probably get himself a decent handset included.0
