Thought so. No I haven't declared the driver, just confirmed that i am the registered keeper. Should I reply advising that the 28 days is from ntk and request POPLA code again?0

You can have a go at that, but you must complain to the BPA.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Ok, will do. I assume that without the code I can't do anything with POPLA at the moment?0

Correct. The PPC is the only organisation that can issue a POPLA code. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Hi the BPA have acknowledged my complaint and have advised that it will be looked into. P4Parking are no longer responding to my emails. Today I have received a letter dated 01/11/13 from TNC advising the charge has gone up to £140 and needs to be paid within 14 days. Would you advise that I contact TNC to advise them that the charge is within dispute or would I be wasting my breath?0
-
Probably wasting your breath, but as they are required to suspend recovery action whilst a case is being investigated/under appeal, you should still fire if a letter to them, the PPC AND (more importantly) send a copy of their demand, a copy of your letter to them and the PPC with a further strong letter of complaint to the BPA.

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for the advice. This forum really did help me and I was able to dispute the PCN with confidence and knowledge that I wouldn't have had otherwise.
It's been about a year since this started and today I received a letter confirming that the charge has been cancelled and no further action will be taken. It appears that my complaint to the BPA must have helped. Thanks again
