trying to get in touch with the mse team!

Hi,

Clueless what site to go on but I tried to reply to a message from one the forum users yesterday. I tried 3 times but when I checked the 'sent' box, nothing showed up.

I've been trying to contact the team who run the MSE Forum but it's practically impossible. How in the hell do I get a 'ticket number' which they say they must have before replying to an email!!

It's so frustrating. I keep looking the FAQ's but there doesn't seem to be anything to help me so I thought I would email the team. Do they exist? How do I contact them? And if 'Mrs.s' is wondering why I haven't replied to her message to me. Honestly I have, 3 times, but for some reason it's not going through

My sent box has always shown as empty, but I know my messages have been sent as I get replies.

Go to: -> User CP -> Edit Options

and make sure this option is selected.

Thanks, I now probably look like a stalker as I've sent 3 different replies!
