BT Cooling off period - BT sports not recordable

I bought a BT package installed on Friday 16th August, we cannot record on BT Sports channels or a bunch of other channels as they are coming through as internet channels/
I have spent nearly two hours on the phone to various departments to try and sort this.
Told it wont be available until Sept at least.
I have now asked to cancel my package and told it will cost me £367.54, this is outrageous.
The service has been installed for 5 days, ony two owrking days, there must be a cooling off period. I bought the services through the internet so distance selling rules apply?
Please help me to leave BT and reduce the penalty charges.
Cheers

It says on BT website when you order the TV package that the internet delivered channels and BT Sport are currently not recordable on a youview box.
If you ordered it online as you say, then all the terms are there to see and you have to tick a box to accept them. There is no cooling off period with the BT TV service but you can return the youview box within 14 days which will reduce the cancellation charges.0
