If you have to make any premium rate phone calls check their number on www saynoto0870 com you should be able to get a number which is cheaper to call.

Can you really have it both ways?

The Mrs is frail and meek when taking delivery of a sofa YET strong enough the rest of the time to still manage to work a full day for £100... am I missing something?

By the way, why did you let them leave the sofa behind... it is a different shape, a lot bigger and a different colour... surely that must have been obvious almost straight away.

No they probably told you it was from Asda Direct and they would sort of the refund/replacement and that the Supermarket couldn't help.
