Thomas Cook Flight Delay September 2010 Santorini to Manchester

Having had my claim from Thomas Cook, for September 2010 Santorini to Manchester UK 5 hour delay, rejected due to plane breaking down "these situations can be compared to the maintenance of your own car"; on 1st August 2013 I persevered and forwarded the Air Passenger Rights EU Complaint Form to the Greek Authority and copied it to Thomas Cook Customer Services and further copy to their CEO, I have today received a call to say that I will receive £699 (equivalent to Euros: 800) for the 2 seats booked on that flight (TXC098L 14.09.2010):beer::A:):T:j
