Orange are closing the Phone Fund scheme.

Top ups will not add to phone fund balances after 30th Sep.
There is then a further 2 months to use any accured balance.
Phone Fund must be used by 30th November.

Important information about Phone Fund

We're bringing you a new way to get a discount off your next pay as you go phone. This means Phone Fund is going to close on 30 September 2013.

What this means for you

• From 30 September your Phone Fund won't get any bigger after each top up.

• If you want to check your Phone Fund balance just text PHONE to 450 for free.

• You still have until 30 November 2013 to use your Phone Fund in an EE store. You can use it to get money off a new pay as you go phone, or off our bill if you move to pay monthly.

We're putting the finishing touches to our new offer. Like Phone Fund it'll be a great way to get money off a new phone, or your bill if you move to pay monthly (and you keep your number too). Even better, you don't have to wait to build up your discount, as long as you've been with us for 3 months or more you'll get money off straight away.

Terms and conditions

New offer: If you've been on Orange with a PAYG phone for at least 3 months and have topped-up and spent some credit on a call or sent a text at least once in the past 3 months, you will be eligible for a discount on selected PAYG phones from our stores. The amount of discount will depend on the phone you choose and the discount will be taken off the cost of your phone at purchase. Moving to pay monthly: Subject to credit check and minimum term. You'll see the discount on your first pay monthly bill. Any promotional, free or bonus credit you've got on your PAYG account cannot be transferred. Other terms apply.
