Hi Malc,
Thank you very much for your reply. It is nice to see someone from E.on getting involved. I contacted E.on already in regards to that and it was rather funny conversation. As a security question I was asked my date of birth and I replied with my real date of birth. I passed security questions and then I got asked how can he (advisor) help me. Then I said that my date of birth is incorrect, which he agreed on. So how did I pass security check - I am not sure
Anyway in regards to things relevant to the topic - Date with E.on was changed in E.on but still on my "Credit Agreements" section I an see that date has not been changed.
That's a bit bizarre eldaniel. Date of birth is one of the security questions we ask. Suspect the advisor was either satisfied with another question (we usually ask 2 or 3) or he dropped a clanger.
Glad it's been updated, though. Just to let you know, we share data with Equifax on a monthly basis.
Hope this helps.

Is it only Equifax that E.on share it with or other agencies too? In other words do I have to pay for callcredit and creditexpert to correct the same mistake?
Thanks.0 -
Morning eldaniel
At the moment, Equifax is the only Credit Reference Agency we share data with.
