Aqua have charged me interest, despite having a DD to pay in full

I reckon you would have a strong argument to get the interst refunded, especially of there is a comment on the monthly statement that says something lie "The full balance will be paid by Direct Debit on nn/nn/2013"

loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.
