No, not if you are on a TalkTalk LLU connection.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    Thanks Macman

I have had broadband for years with O2 had no issues. Since I joined talk talk in July, surfing is ok but watching any videos it struggles. Is stop and starts, watching a 3 minutes video takes about 6 minutes to watch. . Oh well...

I know they increased prices so you could leave but I paid line rental in advance. ..

    Thanks again

Will I get any refund if I cancel my Value Line Rental?

No, but you will get a credit upon termination of your TalkTalk/AOL package.

But what can you do with credit. If you can get Credit back as money, isn't this then same as refund, what's difference between credit and refund?

Exactly. Usual TT psychobabble-you'd have to ask them.
