BT Infinity 2

I have been trying for several weeks to order an Exclusive BT Shareholder offer through the shareholder website. It lists two offers, Unlimited Broadband extra, and Unlimited BT Infinity 2, both offer Anytime landline calls. When I click on the "Get this deal" for Infinity 2, and then the place your order page I get the message "We are sorry but there has been a problem. Your order can not be fulfilled".
This has been happening for several weeks. For the last six days I phoned BT every day, spending between 1 hour and 3 hours each day, talked to many people been transferred many times, been given numerous telephone numbers and email addresses, none of which enabled me to place the order.
Has anyone been able to place this order, and how did they do it. If anyone has any suggestions, I would be most grateful.

Have you first checked on the BT or OR site to see if FTTC is actually available on your number/street cab yet?
If it's not, you're not going to get it, shareholder or otherwise. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -

Yes I have checked on the bt website. My neighbour has it. On the telephone, BT will willing sell it to me but not at the shareholder price.0 -
So BT's left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing? Sounds like normal service to me...
A case for contacting the exec office maybe. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -

The online order seems to work if you select BT Sports option, it only fails if you do not want BT Sport.0

Did you ever manage to order this? I was faintly thinking of the deal as an option but like you the order form never seems to work. It would be nice to know if it is really available as an option.
