Vegetarian Sunday Dinner Ideas

I'd love some veggies ideas to go with sunday roast vegetables and yorkies. I can't eat any faux meat including sausages (they contain wheat and I'm allergic) unless it's home made, which means I need to think outside the box a bit more. It'd be cooking for me and (also veggie) dh.

I make a delicious lentil and cheese loaf with red lentils and it is great with a roast. I use this recipe but without the pesto http://lifeisdelicious.co.uk/easy-family-friday-food-cheese-and-lentil-loaf/ I also usally add some grated carrot and/or courgette too and leave out the breadcrumbs.
