Sounds like a mix of problems, you've bundled them all in together which is really confusing.

I think your wheel tracking issue is your brakes, possibly a seized caliper on one side of the car.

But i'm guessing at best, it could also be a flat or bald tyre or just really cheap tyres.

I have to ask... How can only one side of the car wander?

if you're going 4-3-2-1- stop at every junction it's probably going to result in a jerky ride and a rev counter all over the place, 4-brake-clutch in just before stop, stop, then 1st is much smoother.

If its the ecoboost they do like to rev more than their older cousins as they have inherently less low-down torque, so you have to adjust your driving style pulling away. The wandering front end however needs a proper check to make sure a tre isn't hanging off or a wishbone is bent.

i understand that you don't think i can drive.but this is the first time this has happened to me during the 15 years that i have been driving and it is really annoying. when i approach slowing traffic can't remember correct speed maybe 15 mph to 10 mph

Sounds like a vacuum hose might have fallen off/faulty, or crankcase pressure is affecting the braking? But the car doesn't stall under engine braking? My Auto Celica 4 did have similar issues.

Regarding the wheel wandering, the roads are cambered, to let water run off them, so your car is always leaning to the left, so maybe the camber settings on the wheels are not set correctly? Many cars have 4 wheel camber alighnment these days, to prevent 'crabbing', maybe get a 4 wheel alignment, and get your EGR valve checked out (Exhaust Gas Recirculation), gasses from the exhast, reintroduced into the engine to reduce emissions, but when faulty mess with your brake bias, and idle speed.

If you bought it recently, take it back for checks; we don't want to see you posted on here as dead or injured. I've seen that in many forums.
