What is it with some folk this time of year....yesterday on bus with my kids there was a couple stinking of booze, arguing and F'ing and blinding threatening to kill each other! Today in chemist a man was screaming and swearing in the face of the chemist man because he couldn't get his prescription!

drink and drugs wingo sometimes there are peeps that cant help it but addicts seem to go off on one and honestly it's not your fault nor theirs its's the addiction it is not fair on anyone but chemicals have an adverse effect then we all suffer

anyone watching the storms of 2009 I remember trying to get home from work from a B road had to walk half a mile from office to get a bus it was a nightmare then bus stopped within 200 yards had a long walk home was freezing luckily my mum wrapped me up in a blanket andkept me warm she is now gone and I still love her

Tesco driver today said same as you, everywhere he'd delivered people were arguing/swearing/ no courtesy on the roads any more / rude drivers & most people seemed so stressed out

I went to switch TV on a while ago and didn't know what to do!

Just finished the clickies -been really good doing all the dailies every day lately so hope it pays off. Did finish all the wrapping earlier too apart from the awaited puppy.
DD is at a party and getting a lift at 12 and DS3 out somewhere too so quiet in the house. We will need to stay waken for DD coming home though. Hope everyone is having a nice night.
Is it just me or doesn't it feel like nearly Xmas time?

some great prizes in the clickies sheils,

it's beginning to feel more Christmassy here,
they've all the decs up in the communial rooms &
this last week we've had the school carol singers & a few 'do's'
where they've been doing mince pies & a sherry :eek:

hope everyone's keeping up with comps,
it's hard when people keep
popping in to visit & getting everything ready :eek:
not got much left to do here,
just fresh salad/fruit etc to pick up tomorrow :j

Love the reindeer pic FF. Glad you are getting organised.

Have got most of the Advents I do done this morning so off to do some dailies now. Been lucky on dailies this month as you say rose but never won on the clickies yet.
Still blowing a gale here - new window in livingroom will become priority I think!
