I'm back! Have had a wonderful time and had great weather too. Did lots of walking and sightseeing - mainly canals. Saw the "Ringing Singing Tree" near Burney yesterday before going to Skipton and then to our hotel at Gargrave which was right beside The Leeds and Liverpool Canal. Had lovely meals both nights and used vouchers for nice discounts. Went to Kirby Lonsdale today and then home. Will get some pics posted later.

Have skimmed over the last two days but sorry if I have missed anything important. Well done to all the winners and good luck on the BG job FF. Lots of mail waiting on us but nothing exciting I'm afraid.

I send loads of merges/move requests/do Game over expireys, send reports to the team for SP etc so was thinking all the time it takes me to send them to BG & team it would be good to be able to do them when I see them & much quicker as well, the time it takes to send them sometimes
but good luck to everyone who's offered, any new bg on the board will be very welcome :j

It wasn't very windy when we were there FF but we did hear a bit
of noise! Lovely views of Burnley from there though.

looks very high up should imagine it sounds a bit spooky with the wind whistling through the pipes :eek:

Lovely pics Sheils. I think I was expecting a real tree! Looks fascinating though. I love the Rosie & Jim boats!

Was invited to a family BBQ earlier but felt a migraine coming on so took tablets and didn't bother. Just a bit of a headache now.
